A Mirror of What’s Possible

Milne came to this work at a moment when her mind felt full, her body tired, and her inner world quietly asking for more space, more softness, and more of her.

I was feeling caught up in my thoughts and finding difficulty in letting go of the past. I would lay awake at night feeling restless with all my thoughts on a constant loop. Physically, my energy levels would drop drastically in the afternoon.

 

I really wanted to get back to myself, I have always found meditation helpful in the past and I wanted to deepen my experience and understand the benefits it can have on my life.

 

What stood out were the benefits meditation can have to both my physical and emotional wellbeing. Getting to understand the connection between mind and body and the toll the stress response can take on us throughout life.

 

It was amazing to feel the energy boost and calmness after the practices.

 

I look forward to my practices after a long day at work, this greatly improved my sleep patterns, I feel calmer in my mind and body, I can fall asleep much easier at night.

I always was serious toward meditation, but now it's becoming more consistence and more knowledgeable, so more interesting as well. Self-care was always a priority to me, just sometimes some parts of it been lost because of lack of calm or outside circumstances. So now, when I have that lost peace and safe space within me - it's becoming more considerate and precious.
