Milne came to this work at a moment when her mind felt full, her body tired, and her inner world quietly asking for more space, more softness, and more of her.
I was feeling caught up in my thoughts and finding difficulty in letting go of the past. I would lay awake at night feeling restless with all my thoughts on a constant loop. Physically, my energy levels would drop drastically in the afternoon.
I really wanted to get back to myself, I have always found meditation helpful in the past and I wanted to deepen my experience and understand the benefits it can have on my life.

So now, when I have that lost peace and safe space within me - it's becoming more considerate and precious.

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi,

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (1918–2008) was an Indian spiritual teacher. A disciple of Swami Brahmananda Saraswati, the Shankaracharya of Jyotir Math, Maharishi devoted his life to sharing ancient Vedic wisdom in a form accessible to the modern world.
Through his clear, scientific presentation of meditation, he inspired millions to experience inner peace, expanded consciousness, and higher states of awareness. His teachings bridged spirituality and science, influencing global education, psychology, and holistic health.
Revered as a visionary of peace, Maharishi’s legacy continues through his worldwide organisations, universities, and humanitarian initiatives, all rooted in the principle that true transformation begins within.
Swami Brahmananda Saraswati
(1871 - 1953)
Swami Brahmananda Saraswati as a revered Himalayan saint and the Shankaracharya of Jyotir Math, one of India’s most sacred seats of Vedic wisdom. Renowned for his profound meditation and luminous presence, he spent decades in silence and seclusion before guiding others toward the same inner stillness he embodied. His life was a living expression of peace, purity, and divine wisdom, reminding the world that true enlightenment arises not through seeking, but through returning to the quiet sanctuary within.
