It’s Time to Take Back Control of Your Health and Your Life
I’m Sam, an Ayurveda Embodiment Coach and Vedic Meditation Teacher. I help busy women like you understand their bodies, restore balance to their minds, and feel better without adding more pressure to your day.
You’ve Spent Long Enough Putting Yourself Last.
Many busy women who struggle with their weight, energy levels, and hormone imbalance also struggle to achieve lasting results.
You know what you ‘should’ do - but, hey, life’s not that simple.
Wellness advice is everywhere. Apps, podcasts and a never-ending choice of books dedicated to wellness. But… when you’re in a whirlwind of stress and you’re running on fumes, even asking for help feels like a stretch too far. It’s easier to reach for a quick fix to get through the day instead of getting to the root of what your body needs.
I believe your healthiest and most fulfilling life is about tuning into your body, strengthening the mind-body connection, and making choices that truly support you.

Let’s begin by figuring out what’s holding you back from living your most vibrant, energised and joyful life.
Is it because you feel you should always be doing more and be perfect at every role you find yourself in?
Relationships, work, parenting?
Is it worrying about putting your needs before the needs of others, or is it the thought of prioritising your wants that make you feel guilty?
I’m living proof that you can break the cycle of being overwhelmed and relying on prescriptive or over-the-counter medication to treat symptoms of stress and unbalance rather than get to the root cause.

You deserve a healthier, self-loving lifestyle - a life where you don’t put everyone else’s needs before your own
Why do I do what I do - with unwavering commitment?
To help you break free from harmful habits and embrace the healthy and fulfilling life that was meant for you.
Hello, I’m Sam,
Let me take you back to 2018…
British Vogue declared the Mainstreaming of Ayurveda one of the year's top wellness trends. The article suggested that it may sound woo-woo to some, but hey… it has been a game changer for Gwyneth Paltrow and Oprah Winfrey!
Looking back, it must have been a sign
In the meantime, I was getting increasingly fed up and alarmed with a sharp, persistent pain in my lower left abdomen, like someone was battling to free themselves from inside me.
What did I do?
I guess most of us make an appointment to visit our GP, trusting there will be a quick and easy solution to the problem.
‘It’s constipation,’ declared my GP. So, I took my prescription, not feeling overly confident, without a thorough investigation and went on my way. Fast forward six months, and I was working in Italy when the pain hit again. This time, it stopped me in my tracks.
Cue: test after test: sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, CT scan, endoscopy……you name it. The doctors said it might be a “lazy colon.” But why now? How does a perfectly functional body suddenly stop working at 30+ years of age?
I wasn’t satisfied.
Back in the UK, I kept pushing for a thorough diagnosis, enduring more tests, including a laparoscopy, which ruled out the possibility of endometriosis. Then came the ‘catch-all’ diagnosis when doctors don’t have answers! - Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Not. Good. Enough.
Can you imagine how I was feeling?
I endured four more years of pain and fear until 2022. Desperate for change, I turned to Ayurveda and set off for a Panchakarma cleanse in Bali with an open mind and a heart full of hope.
It was here I discovered my answer.
This imbalance in my Vata Dosha was creating the exact symptoms I had suffered from for years, disrupting my colon. For the first time, everything made sense.
Since then, Ayurveda has transformed my health. I no longer rely on the Westernised health system that failed me. Instead, I’ve embraced prevention, balance, and the wisdom of 5,000 years of holistic care.
Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated.
No PhD is required to feel good, or, lengthy and complicated plans to be rigidly followed, causing additional stress.
Ayurveda is nurturing, natural, and balanced. It has the ability to heal gently, work with nature, and bring harmony to mind and body.
Rather than cure a disease, the emphasis is on prevention and overall well-being, though it can also help with specific health issues.
What I’m all about
1. I’m a huge foodie. I love experimenting with my favourite recipes and making them Ayurvedic-friendly. Give me a familiar dish, and I’ll transform it into a healing meal that’s nutritious and full of vibrant, balancing flavours.
2. I love walking on the beach, enjoying the energy of the sea, and collecting shells and glittering stones; it reminds me of my childhood, spending time with my Grandma on Bournemouth Beach.
3. I didn’t start out in wellness. I spent years working on cruise ships and yachts in the maritime industry. Quite the contrast! Becoming an Ayurveda Embodiment Coach was a big leap, but one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made.
4. I make my own body creams to balance my doshas. There’s nothing like using products that are made with love and attention.

A turning point…
I appeared on A Place in the Sun with Channel 4 during a chapter of my life that looked expansive from the outside… yet was quietly asking me to evolve on the inside.
While the programme documented a geographical move, it marked the beginning of something far deeper for me… the unraveling of an identity built around performance, responsibility, and external achievement.
That chapter ultimately led me into the work I do today… supporting high achieving women to revive their emotional selves and reorient their lives around inner rhythm, purpose, and feminine truth rather than career defined identity.

Here’s what I believe
Your body holds the wisdom to heal - sometimes, you just need the right tools and someone to listen.
True health isn’t just about what you eat. It’s about how you live, breathe, and care for yourself.
Balance isn’t about perfection. There is no perfection. Instead, we learn to get comfortable, flowing with life’s natural rhythms.
Healing comes from caring for your body, mind, and soul - together.
Your source of information and inspiration for coming home to your healthy, balanced self, you don’t need a lengthy vacation from.
